Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Watch Technician
- Strong knowledge of watch repair, maintenance, and servicing
- Experience with luxury or branded watches is an advantage
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- High attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Repair and service various types of watches
- Perform battery replacements, strap adjustments, and minor repairs
- Diagnose faults and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all repairs
- Maintain tools and workspace in good condition
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of watches
- Coordinate with the retail or customer service team regarding repair updates
- Ensure timely completion of repair and servicing requests
