Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Mukilteo, WA
**Pay Range: $31-41 hourly**
**Shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Welding aluminum shapes to vacuum tight standards with precision and consistency
+ Selecting, installing, and adjusting tips and shields for optimal welding performance
+ Installing and replacing gas tanks, filling/wiring according to weld type and assembly requirements
+ Securing parts and assemblies with clamps and custom fixturing to ensure accurate welds
