Location: Colombia - Medellin

Contract: Full-time, indefinite term

Salary Range: 3´100.000 COP

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to efficiently follow up on operational performance and maintain adequate staffing standards through analytics and reporting on real time basis.

• Generating and publishing reports: Hourly/Daily/Monthly
• Creating reports and template as per process requirement
