Position Overview

JOB MAIN PURPOSE:

To drive sustainable business growth for the Women Healthcare (WHC) portfolio by executing high-quality scientific engagements and customer interactions, ensuring optimal product understanding and usage among HCPs. This role plays a key part in expanding market coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to brand strategy execution in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales, volume, growth, and market share targets for assigned WHC brands within the responsible territory.

  • Conduct effective scientific engagements and tailored Patient-Focused Interactions with HCPs based on their needs and medical priorities.

  • Fully utilize Veeva CRM for planning, executing, and recording customer interactions to enhance quality and frequency of engagements.
