As a Senior Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) team, you will manage the Front Office/Middle Office relationship for business requests in KYC Onboarding, Remediation and Renewals for ASEAN Countries. You will facilitate the end-to-end Client onboarding & Periodic Renewals processes, ensuring all due diligence documentation is sourced and delivered to the Wholesale Client Onboarding team to incorporate into the KYC platform. You will also implement KYC and AML protocols, mentor junior colleagues, and resolve complex KYC issues. You will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and build productive relationships to strengthen the firm's data integrity and compliance.
