Reporting To: Operations Manager

Start Date: Immediately

Hours: Tuesday - Friday, Every 3rd Monday, 4:30 am Start Time

Compensation: $80,000-82,000 per annum

Summary

We are seeking a safety-focused and organized individual to join our Windsor team as a Route Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily collection operations, coordinate routes and driver activities, and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of service. You will provide leadership, coaching, and support to drivers, monitor operational performance, maintain strong relationships with municipal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all safety and service standards.
