Workday HCM Analyst: Core HCM, Payroll & Reporting Lead

Coforge is seeking an HCM Analyst III for Workday in Mexico City. You will act as a subject matter expert across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits, overseeing configurations, reporting, and security.

You will manage releases, ensure audit readiness, and mentor other analysts while collaborating with business users to deliver new reports and enhancements. Strong communication and a proactive learner mindset are essential.
