Workday People Systems Analyst — Reports, Analytics & Automation

Southern Cross Health Insurance is seeking an experienced Workday People Systems Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will drive the FY27 People Technology roadmap, working across Workday, reporting, analytics, learning and automation to enhance employee experiences.

Ideal candidates will have Workday experience, with exposure to Workday Learning and Power BI, plus strong collaboration with stakeholders and governance awareness.
