Workforce Analytics & Insights Analyst

Gallagher is seeking a Workforce Analytics Specialist to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will partner with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to build reliable reporting and explain numbers clearly.

You will analyze headcount metrics, attrition, spans of control, and workforce scenarios, creating dashboards and recurring reports for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
