Job Description

To support the continuous growth of our Working-Party activities and the global Airbus fleet we are opening a position for a Working-Party Manager (WPM) based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

The Working-Party Manager is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) holding an active EASA Part-66 AML (Aircraft Maintenance License). In this role you will oversee working parties (technical modifications and/or repairs) on delivered aircraft by leading cross‑functional teams deployed to customer sites.

In the event of major repairs this role may also encompass the duties of a Repair Embodiment Manager (REM) taking full accountability for the repair embodiment process from initial assessment to final release. You will provide operational and functional leadership for all on‑site personnel including spares engineering representatives, preparators, sub‑contractors, workers and inspectors.
