Workplace Mobile Products Expert

Job Purpose

Within the Mobile Product team in the Workplace department, the main tasks are to define and implement the mobile product strategy through products, solutions and tools and to provide level 2 and 3 support on MDM technologies for all the group's entities. The role guarantees the permanent control of some 40,000 mobile terminals spread over 200 entities worldwide.

You will be responsible for the implementation of the mobile product strategy under the management of the Product Manager for devices management (InTune), Operating Systems (iOS, Android) as well as the Group's security policy. As a Mobile Technical Expert, you will represent AXA Group Operations in the dialogue with the Mobile Product Owner, proposing, studying, designing and integrating new mobile services in line with the needs expressed and the Group strategy, and actively participate in the resolution of incidents and problems within this scope.
