Job Title: Workplace, Sustainability and H&S Manager – Dubai

We are looking for a manager responsible for the facility, sustainability, health & safety and security management for our site in Dubai. The role is part of a multinational team that drives safe, healthy and sustainable workplaces worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own all facility and workplace safety matters for the Dubai site.
• Ensure fulfillment of all legal obligations related to safety, health and sustainability.
• Lead a team of local contractors who manage building maintenance, equipment, security and access control in accordance with Airbus security standards.
• Foster collaboration and communication with a clear sense of purpose among team members.
• Make timely, high‑quality decisions, solve problems, negotiate, and set priorities.
