Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Policy and Risk Management
  • Administer HSE Policy
  • Identify HSE hazards through risk assessment and site inspections
  • Implement Control Measures
  • Support HSE Legal Compliance and Incident Reporting
• Implement Operational Controls
  • Coordinate HSE aspects of Integrated Management System (IMS) and the Project Health and Safety Plan
  • Coordinate Implementation of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans
  • Promote HSE Culture Development
  • Participate in Implementing HSE Management Process
• Maintain and Monitor
  • Conduct inspections as per Project HSSE Monitoring Programme and Inspection Schedule to identify hazards and non-conformances to IMS Procedures and Project Risk Assessments...
