Yield Defect Associate Engineer

You will be responsible for shift duties performing data analysis on defect scan data. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with module shift engineers within a dynamic environment to identify, analyse and resolve defect issues impacting production yield in a timely manner.

• Defect Identification: Monitor and analyze production processes to identify abnormal defect conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize various inspection / metrology tools (e.g KLA BBP, KLA Laser Scan, AMAT eBeam, SemV, EDX) to evaluate defects and maintain accurate defect classifications.
• Colloboration: Work closely with process engineer and technicians to enhance manufacturing line stability and quality.
• Support Yield Engineer to identify potential yield-limiting defect sources and drive defect reduction roadmap for respective technology, through data-driven decisions.
