We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and creative Youth Programs Coordinator to enhance, sustain, and expand ARCAs youth programs (ages 5‑17) while overseeing the planning, staffing, and delivery of our annual summer day camp. Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Delivery: Develop, coordinate, and implement year‑round youth programs such as after‑school activities, youth leadership, girls group, sport drop‑ins, and special events. Ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, safe, and aligned with ARCAs mission.
