We're looking for a Youth Worker to join a welcoming primary school in Bradley Stoke as a Behaviour Mentor, supporting Key Stage 2 pupils who need extra guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking to move into education while continuing to have a real impact on young people's lives.

Your role

No two days are the same. You'll become a trusted adult for pupils who need consistency, encouragement and someone who genuinely believes in them.
