As the Payments and Operations Junior Associate at Sporty Group, you will support the payments function within Sporty Bet South Africa, focusing on managing PSP activities, optimizing payment performance, and enhancing payment acceptance rates. What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end payment processing function, ensuring efficient handling of deposits, withdrawals, refunds and reconciliations. Collaborate with payment providers, banks and internal teams to resolve payment issues for improved user satisfaction. Continuously assess and improve payment processing workflows to enhance speed, reduce costs and minimize processing errors.
