【The role】
As Sales Representative you cover various territories within Japan. You will also get the chance to travel to Netherlands for training and company events. Your customers and prospects are motor/active/precision sports which includes but not limited to organizers and all types of sports related events. Your primary goals are to keep our current customer base happy and engaged through regular contacts and ongoing introductions of new and enhanced products in our portfolio, while hunting for new business opportunities within the region.
Together with the Japan Team you focus on customer satisfaction and growth. The Team is focused, takes charge, and possesses a great drive to be a winner in this industry. You liaise on a regular basis with colleagues at our International Head office in The Netherlands and the other branch offices throughout the world.
【Your Responsibilities】
・Generate new business by being the first point of contact for leads and prospects
・Building efficient relationships with customers, federations and other strategic players in the industry;
・Managing sales pipeline through Salesforce, lead generation, territory and partner planning;
・Reporting to the General Manager of the Japanese office, you are responsible for all sales, support and marketing activities in your region;
・Creating a strong brand awareness by working with all internal and external stakeholders.
・Regular communication with the head office in the Netherlands liaising with Support Engineers, Product Management and marketing team.

Our technical products, services, platforms, and business practices are diverse. To understand the full picture, you need in-depth training which will be provided by our technical and commercial specialists.There are 3 Japanese staff members. A company-wide introduction program will be provided as well in the first month of your employment. Your success is our success and therefore we take good care of you!
