Your new role



Due to growth and internal promotion we are hiring for a new Account Manager to cross-sell and up-sell our Fitness Business Management solutions into our existing customer base as well as engage in their new location onboarding. The Account Manager will develop a consultative approach to customers in the Fitness Industry across multiple sub-segments; allowing for variety and development potential in the role.





The Account Manager will be supported and guided by an experienced leadership team. In addition, the right person will be a vital part of a fantastic customer facing organisation that is extremely collaborative, positive, skilled and fun.



As an Account Manager, you will be a powerful advocate that solves problems and sees opportunities on behalf of the customer and OneFitStop.





What you'll be working on:



* Understanding client's business problems and how they are trying to solve them



* Building strong relationships with all stakeholders



* Being a product expert and supporting client portfolio with enablement and expertise in using the platform



* Serve as the trusted point of contact for OneFitStop's portfolio of clients, beginning from the start of the customer journey and extending through to on-boarding, product implementation, business reviews and renewals.



* Being proactive in mitigating risk factors to customers renewing



* Identifying opportunities for further growth within accounts



* Conducting personalised demonstrations of our software



* Managing CRM to record customer intelligence and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting



* Driving efficient on-boarding of new customers from point-of-sale to reporting requirements, ensuring effective adoption of our platform



* Conducting scheduled meetings with clients to ensure our business is meeting clients' existing and future needs



* Review existing customers to identify risk of churn or opportunities for growth







You:





* Have superb relationship building skills



* Have great communication skills – written and verbal



* Have a great attitude and desire to learn and excel



* Are great at being awesome, down to earth, having a great sense of humour



* Have a strong desire to give the best possible customer experience



* Have experience in customer facing roles



* Have the ability to work autonomously when required



* As an added bonus, have previous experience in sales/account management



* Overachiever at high school and university



* Undergraduate degree



* Minimum 6 months full time work experience (candidates with SaaS products and account management experience preferred, not essential)
