In this role, you will work to provide administrative support to the broader team of over twenty, including the Offender Services, Reintegration, and Health Services Managers, Program and Integration Coordinator, and Clinical Services team.Daily duties will include: * Assist in the production and distribution of reports and correspondence for the Offender Services support functions * Daily upkeep of numerous databases, such as RPS, CVIMS, EJS, and PIMS to support prisoner program plans, compliance and obligations with contractual KPI's * Administer meetings and meeting minutes, as directed * Provide data analysis support and trend analysis support through excel tools * Assist in the administration and coordination of Programs for the department * Assist in the administration and coordination of Cultural and Religious Event including but not limited to NAIDOC and RamadanABOUT YOU The ideal candidates will be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, and have the ability to deal with challenging situations and provide operational support when needed. You will also be able to liaise with a wide range of people and work as part of a team.
