About the role Due to our continued success, we are seeking to appoint an Administration Officer wishing to join our team in Adelaide. This role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the valuations teams to support workflow operations. Key Responsibilities Registration of all new valuation instructions using Herron Todd White systems and direct to the appropriate individual or team. Complete property searches, input data entry, research previous files, check client and fee requirements and ensure all required documentation is requested and provided. Arrange inspection appointments by contacting property owners, tenants and real estate agents within the client milestones and organisational best practice. Manage customer enquiries on behalf of assigned Valuers such as the status of the Valuation. Providing general office coordination such as answering incoming calls and file management. Assist with the coordination of team and client events as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria: Experience in the property industry is highly desirable but not essential. Qualifications in administration or business would be highly regarded but not essential. Proficient with Google Suite and/or other software systems.
