See link - About us:The Gladstone Integrated Service is located in Gladstone and consists of an Adult Mental Health Service, Child and Youth Mental Health Service, Step-Up-Step Down Unit and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service. The Gladstone Integrated Service provides specialised services for the population of Gladstone and the surrounding areas through a range of interventions including assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, support, consultations and referrals. The service works in collaboration with the local hospitals, other mental health, alcohol and other drugs teams and with primary health, community and private sector providers to reduce symptoms and facilitate recovery. About the role:Develop and deliver primary mental health care services including prevention, education, intervention and promotion activities and strategies to individuals, families, and community groups.
