About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) are seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Allied Health Professional to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team as our Allied Health Clinical Educator. This position will take responsibility for the strategic direction and leadership of clinical education and training of Allied Health professionals, assistants, and students.
The Allied Health Clinical Educator works with Allied Health Managers, regional partners and SWH's Centre for Education Teaching and Research (CREATe) to provide leadership in all facets of clinical education, and to achieve high quality evidence-based education to our current and future workforce.
Position Overview Part-time ongoing position (40 hours per fortnight)Warrnambool CampusWhat you bring As the Allied Health Clinical Educator, you will have an engaging and collaborative style, and excellent communication and influencing skills.You will have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for membership with your professional association, and you will be looking for an opportunity to enhance and progress your health leadership career.You will have experience in the provision of clinical education, and if you have post-graduate qualifications in education, a certificate IV Training and Assessment, or knowledge and experience in eLearning, these will be highly regarded.What we offer You will enjoy benefits such as:
