**Job Description Summary** As the Sales Leader - Healthcare Software Solutions you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for GE Healthcare Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS) in Australia and New Zealand. This position will report to the Services Director for ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand and will work in parallel with the ANZ Customer Care and ITPS Leaders to drive growth and market share.

**Job Description** In addition to the traditional RIS, PACS, VNA and Cardiology IT portfolios, this position will be responsible for driving the GE Healthcare Digital platform, specifically in the area of Artificial Intelligence. A key success factor of this role will be the collaboration across the Imaging, Life Care Solutions & Ultrasound businesses to enhance synergy and to create new business opportunities.

This role is responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with CXO decision makers in Australia and New Zealand in both the public and private market and is expected to form relationships that are wide and deep within the client organization to include the C Suite, other relevant departmental or technical decision makers. The Sales Leader will both qualify and create customer needs, position and differentiate GE Healthcare Solutions, convey compelling value propositions, develop, and present solutions proposals and quotations, in order to successfully close increasingly complex solution sales.

+ Forecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for the offerings for ANZ. + Create the CXO need and urgency for Solutions offerings in a highly competitive market space using customer, market, product, and industry knowledge to craft offerings to solve customers’ needs/challenges + Partner with the equipment Strategic Account Executives to develop the Digital go to market strategy for GE Healthcare Australia & New Zealand + Develop and leverage relationships with customer executives, establishing “trusted advisor” status with the account + Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of Solutions offerings.

Be able to present and discuss the Enterprise wide benefits and value propositions in terms which are relevant to customers. **Qualifications and Experience** + Demonstrated and extensive experience in selling in a medical, healthcare solutions or healthcare information technology field + A strong aptitude for solutions-based selling + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals + Excellent negotiation & closing skills + Excellent knowledge of the Australia and New Zealand Public and Private Healthcare Markets + Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales offerings + Solid selling experience, business development or in client facing account management or consulting roles selling healthcare IT solutions, enterprise-wide solutions to large corporate enterprises, consulting/advisory offerings or other intangible products + Proven and progressive previous experience in sales/services/promotion to C-suite and technical decision makers e.

g., CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Medical specialty staff (Radiology, Cardiology, Nuclear Physicists etc.

) + Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach + Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed sales environment + Demonstrated critical thinking skills + Proven track record of selling at the CXO level with large organizations. + Proven track record of success in consultative sales.
