Brisbane State Gov $. plus super Our State Government client is seeking an AO3 Payment Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis. Commencing late August, this position will be for an initial period of 7 weeks with possible extension. Working hours, Monday to Friday, the casual hourly rate of pay will be $. plus super.
Working within the Business Capability branch, you will be responsible for the following:
Coordination of accounts payable, accounts receivable, debt administration and corporate card administration
Liaise with internal stakeholders to verify goods receipting and other invoice documentation
Processing transactions in accordance with set policies
Retrieve data from accounting system to prepare reports
Other ad hoc administrative duties
Experience with SAP would be considered highly advantageous.
This role would suit someone with strong experience as an Accounts Payable or Payments Coordinator within a large organisation.
