Job Description
As a senior appointment within the Student Operations team the Associate Director, Sales / Admissions will oversee a large team to achieve desired performance metrics for our university partners and online postgraduate programs.
The Associate Director, Sales / Admissions monitors and measures revenue performance across the portfolio and derives actionable insight to inform strategy and drive continual improvement and innovation.
This role is accountable for developing and delivering on our partner portfolio start and revenue targets, regular reporting of performance to the Asia-Pacific executive leadership team.
A strong people leader, the Associate Director, Sales / Admissions ensures the continual development of a high-performing Admissions leadership team and facilitates a team culture that encourages collaboration, customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and a constant drive for improvement. They are also accountable for the operational management of the Admissions function, including managing risk and compliance.

Education
Bachelor's degree if higher preferred Experience
5+ years’ experience in a sales focused environment, showing knowledge of sales processes and strategies Demonstrated success in (and passion for) building and managing high-performing teams Experience in driving culture, motivated by exceptional results Demonstrated ability to work closely with key stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Experience within the Education Industry highly regarded Technical
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Daily use of CRM and detailed note taking Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leading and coaching skills Self-motivated and proactive, takes on responsibility Additional Requirements
Flexibility to meet shift variations over a span of hours Occasional travel may be necessary
