As a scaling startup, we can and will offer quality 1on1 training that will lead our BDRs to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers or Partner Managers. A day in the life… Work to a monthly quota to generate quality leads that would contribute to our growth acquisition target. - Learn from the best in the biz Director of Sales and Outbound Account Executive. - Partner with your Account Executive peers to strive for quality qualification and provide insight to always seek to increase conversion rates. - Provide input and feedback to lead campaigns and sales messaging. - Source, research and nurture leads - our addressable market is ripe for the picking. - Conduct outbound prospecting activities and drive opportunities through smart management of your pipeline. - Source, research and nurture leads - using various prospecting tools and lists. - Record leads and interaction data using HubSpot CRM. - Set yourself up for a promotion to other roles in the Sales Team. - Have fun with your team - celebrate each other and enjoy the growing benefits Weel has to offer.
