Due to project pipeline and current resourcing requirements, our client are seeking candidates for Bid Coordinator/Bid Manager. This role will hover over Business Development opportunities and thus play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth trajectory. From managing the entire bid process, from inception to submission, ensuring the seamless coordination of efforts across various teams and sectors. This role is tasked with developing and maintaining bid documents, templates, and collateral to ensure consistency and professionalism in proposals. By working closely with the leadership team; you will support strategic plans and initiatives to expand their client base and enhance the studio's market presence. Your role will require effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including senior management and subject matter experts. By fostering strong relationships and aligning bid activities with the overall business objectives, you will significantly contribute to their success in securing new business opportunities. This position requires a blend of digital presentation expertise, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to effectively manage and deliver all aspects of the bid process while ensuring alignment with the company's brand and strategic objectives. Bid/Proposal Management Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, working closely with Senior Management and Associates to craft compelling bids that meet client requirements and deadlines. Manage the bid submission process from inception to delivery, including opportunity identification to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. Manage Proposal Go/No-Go process and submission reviews Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, working closely with Senior Management and Associates to craft compelling bids that meet client requirements and deadlines. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE 3 - 5 years of bid management experience preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in business marketing, communications, architecture, or similar relevant field. Experience in copywriting with a high level of attention to detail and ability to accurately proof-read documents for grammatical accuracy. Confident communicator, with demonstrable ability to appropriately adapt written and verbal communication style to different audiences. Experience in facilitating and managing internal stakeholders, Bid and BD coordination meetings and deliverables. Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in approach to work, to support a range of studio operational activities, as they arise. Demonstrable ability to proactively complete work to deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
