About your new job
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in this broad and varied role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Fortnightly payroll
•Reconciliations of Bank statements, balance sheet and General Ledger
•Assist with the preparation of business activity statements
•Assist with month end reporting
•Manage the company fleet, registration renewals, fuel and credit cards
•Run weekly and monthly reports for management
•Assist Accounts payable and receivable
•General ad-hoc tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure in the following:
•Previous experience in a similar position working across a broad variety of functions within finance
•Ability to run a small payroll - end to end
•Exceptional organisational and time management skills
•Ability to work autonomously however be a strong team player
•Intermediate level of Excel
•Strong Communication skills
•High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
