About this team The Brand Operations Team translates the essence of lululemon into our campaign projects and photography to educate, inspire and elevate our guests and our teams. Reporting to the Manager, Brand Operations, the Brand Operations Specialist partners with the Brand Managers and Brand Operations Manager in order to meet the operations and fiscal requirements of projects.
A day in the life: Partner with Brand Managers in order to meet the operational & fiscal requirements of brand campaigns, including managing budget, timelines and deliverablesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication flow and partnerships across all campaigns and projectsWorks to improve operational excellence through tools, new SOPs and ops modelsAssign incoming projects to Creative team members, aligning scope of work with experience/career development of team member and availabilitySupport in the escalation of project risks to Manager, Brand OperationsManage Creative team workload in partnership with Manager, Brand OperationsWork with the Product and Brand team to schedule concepts for upcoming shoots in line with weeklies and campaigns process and timelinePartner with the Creative team to brief in creative consultants (eg copy, graphic design, video etc.)Manage and liaise with external vendors by project, from documentation to payment trackingCaptures all deliverables from channel owners and partners and ensures they are delivered to spec and on timeResponsible for working with our global product team for potential leverages on weekly shoots and outfittingSupport the Coordinator with NSO requests, scheduling, printing and installPlan all aspects of the production process including budgets, schedules, casting, location permits, on set team management, and post production, ensuring projects deliver on time, on budget and to a quality standardHandles all production paperwork, contracts, licenses, and usage discussions relating to projectsManage teams on set, ensuring productions run efficiently and creative objectives are met Qualifications: Bachelor of Marketing or Project Management study is preferred3-4 years of relevant project management experience Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take themselves too seriously.
