You'll need to quickly understand new systems and processes, accelerating project time-lines. With minimal hand-holding, you'll drive initiatives independently. A significant part of your role will involve articulating requirements effectively to the DevOps team, asking the question the developers and testers would ask to ensure that incident resolution is smooth and does not impact other areas.
