For a Business Development Coordinator to join the team at AGA. Located in Deer Park, and with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop and promote AGA as a market leader in apprenticeship and traineeship services.

As a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO), AGA works across many industries and vocations as a specialist provider of apprenticeship and traineeship services.
AGA, proudly part of the IntoWork Group Australia, offers a complete apprenticeship service to both the apprentice or trainee and the employer, a service which allows the individual to realise their full potential and the employer to meet the dynamic and changing needs of industry.
About the role:
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the business development activities for AGA to attract more candidates into apprenticeships and/or traineeships.
This includes managing a vast range of activities in order to successfully support the GTO Field Officers in providing quality candidates for the positions within Big Build, Solar Vic Program, Women in Trades and Major projects and other related industries across Victoria. This role also entails developing and maintaining relationships with school carer's councillors.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be an individual with the following background:
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) within a Business development/Account management role
- Experience in the Australian Apprenticeships / Group Training industry (highly advantageous)
- Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to clients
- Proven experience in working within a high volume fast paced environment
