Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: With the help of our digital strategists, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our clients' objectives and target audiences. Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and emerging platforms, providing strategic recommendations for campaign optimisation. Collaborate with our social media managers and content creators to create engaging content across various social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Utilise data-driven insights to continually refine strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement. Account Management and Team Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service. Effectively manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Coordinate with our talented team of photographers, videographers, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality, targeted content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and style. Utilise project management tools like Asana, WhatsApp, Canva, and Slack to keep the internal and external teams informed and ensure seamless collaboration. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse campaign data, and generate insightful reports to track progress and measure ROI. Provide data-driven recommendations and improvement strategies to optimise campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes. Present campaign results and insights to key stakeholders, including clients, in a clear and concise manner, offering strategic guidance based on the data. A background or interest in the hospitality industry. An enthusiastic and bright personality. A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels from local cafes to General Managers of established hospitality groups.
