As a CADD Support Specialist for Bentley, you will utilize your expertise to empower engineering professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing CADD user support, sharing technical insights for Bentley projects, and collaboratively developing CADD best practices, training programs, and seed files etc. Additionally, you will assist in implementing project standards, setup, archiving, auditing, exporting, for our projects. Responsibilities: Provide a full array of Bentley CADD user technical support to engineers and designers. Ability to troubleshoot software and files issues. Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards. Thorough knowledge Microsoft Excel. Must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills. Develop and/or update CADD cell library content as needed. Ensure quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience using Bentley products. Proficiency in highway and/bridge design processes within OpenRoads Designer or OpenBridge. Worked with OpenRoads: including alignments, coordinate systems, creating models and sheets. 2+ years of experience in setup & support, including familiarity with dgnlibs. Thrive in a high-energy, multitasking environment. Comprehensive oral and written communication abilities. Impressive interpersonal skills Meticulous organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. High School Diploma. Must be a US Citizen.
