Job Description:
Prudential Financial is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia on a part-time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database- Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and improve overall customer experience- Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics set by the company
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Resourceful and resilient attitude, able to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customer interactions with grace- Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with the needs of customers- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- High school diploma or equivalent required
