THE OPPORTUNITY
Bimbadgen is seeking enthusiastic Cellar Door & Event staff with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for Hospitality.
This is a casual role offering up to 3 shifts a week in our boutique cellar door and across the various events and functions held on site.
As a valued member of the team, you will play an integral part in delivering the wine and hospitality experience, creating first and lasting impressions to all property guests.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a top tier customer experience to all property guests
- Ensure that the Emma’s Cottage Cellar door and Accommodation are always presented to the highest standards.
- Conducting wine tasting and offer informed service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide best possible service across the venue’s events calendar.
- Work closely with Estate manager with sales targets and provide best possible customer experience.
- Help customers with phone enquiries etc.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A love of Customer Service and Hospitality
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Fun and friendly attitude towards customer service and a warm and bubbly personality
- Wine knowledge and/or appreciation highly desired, but a keen interest is a must!
- Availability to work weekend & some evening shifts
- A current RSA (or to be obtained prior to start)
- Own transport essential
