Early Childhood Intervention Australia Victoria/Tasmania Limited (ECIA VIC/TAS) is the peak body for early childhood intervention in Victoria and Tasmania. We are a membership-based organisation supporting practitioners and organisations that provide services and support for young children with disabilities and/or developmental delays and their families.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide leadership to the organisation and ensure its effective and efficient management, under the direction of the Chair and Board of Directors. They will be the face of the ECIA VIC/TAS and be responsible for appropriate structural, operational, and governance arrangements to maximize all opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the organisation. The CEO will deliver on the ECIA VIC/TAS’s strategic plan and lead growth and continuous improvement through the provision of strategic options to the board which are informed by the changing industry climate and the need to expand ECIA VIC/TAS’s reach across a national landscape. The CEO will continue to build on relationships across the early childhood sector and promote engagement with state and federal governments about the future direction of early childhood intervention.
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Intervention Specialist
Preferred candidates will have:
5+ years of experience in a strategic role in Early Childhood Intervention
Ability to engage organisational stakeholders, local, state, and federal government
Passion for Early Childhood Intervention

Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to approximately $6000 salary increase)
