The company is dedicated to continuing his dreams and values.The role itself?Working closely with the Directors and as a member of the Executive team, the successful person will need to:Have a proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting as well as managing all internal and external stake holdersMake recommendations to the executive team for improvements to operational processes and strategies, in line with a culture of continuous improvementCommunicate consistently, concisely and transparently with key staff across the businesses production sites; empowering key staff with precise financial information, support and guidanceProvide leadership, direction and management of the finance and administration teamLead the financial strategy through business analysis and financial modelling to drive change and stimulate growthEnsure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, legislation and regulationsSupport and improve current business processes through continuous performance improvementDevelop and implement business strategies that both promote and ensure sustainable growthWhat kind of person will fit the role?To be considered for this position you must have:Past experience working within a FMCG environment5+ years' experience as an accomplished finance executive, with the ability to analyse, manage and control the financial matters of the businessDegree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Economics; CA or CPA qualifications preferableDemonstrated knowledge and experience within agricultural, manufacturing or processing environments or similar including working knowledge of standard costing methodologiesBrilliant communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisationStrong accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skillsA confident, calculated professional with an innate ability to self-reflect and assessExperience in complex Excel modelling, including creation of complex Financial Budgeting modelsHigh level analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent time and organisational management skillsHow will you be rewarded?You will be rewarded for your contributions to the business with an attractive salary (proportionate to your experience and skill set), 9.5% superannuation and outstanding professional development opportunities.If you would like more information on this role or want to discuss your next career move, please make contact with Josh for a confidential conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
