About the role ICC Sydney are looking for a CleaningOperations Supervisor (Overnight) to supervise a team of cleaners that willbe responsible for the venue presentation of the building on a 24-hour, 7 day aweek rotating roster (predominately overnight) as well as ensuring the cleanliness,hygiene, workplace health & safety standards are met to a high standard. Asthe overnight supervisor, the role also includes monitoring operating equipmentto ensure that it is in good working order, and respond to any unsafe workconditions, faults, and repairs to the appropriate department of externalservice provider and includes auditing and asset management.
RequiredSkills & Experience: As a talented people leader, you willbring a breadth of experience in heavy machinery cleaning and waste management operations,including the planning of periodic cleaning, asset management, and auditingideally within a large-scale venue setting a world-class cleaning standard. Youwill be highly organized, resourceful and have a hands-on approach to thetraining and development, and supervisory of your team members. To succeed, youwill have a 'can do' attitude without the compromise of safety, be resilientwith strong customer service and communication skills and be able to establishgood working relationships. You will have working rights in Australia and beover the age of 18.
