Your role
We have an exciting opportunity for two Client Service Representatives to join our team.
The Victims Services team, within the Department of Communities and Justice, administers the Victims’ Rights and Support Act 2013. We provide access to counselling and financial assistance to victims of violent crime in NSW under the Victims Support Scheme, promote the Charter of Victims’ Rights and deliver related programs.

The role of Client Service Representative is to provide service and support directly to victims of crime through the provision of information, advise and referrals, and the management of application for victims’ support. You will also:

Describe a time when you had to deal with a request that was outside of the usual process. What problem solving skills did you use to manage the request? What was the outcome?
Pre-screening question 2 – As a role of a Client Service Representative, you will be required to deal with highly sensitive & confidential content. Can you please describe a time when you’ve have had to manage this type of customer information & what steps you take to ensure customer confidentiality is upheld?
