About the role
The Client Services Officer will provide high quality customer service functions across North Metropolitan TAFE’s campuses from enquiry to student enrolments, including administrative support in accordance with North Metropolitan TAFE policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high quality customer service in the delivery of a responsive and effective admissions and enrolment service to prospective and current students
• Conducting front line enquiry and enrolment processes for prospective and current students across North Metropolitan TAFE’s campuses, for the full suite of training products
• Ensuring customers are provided accurate, consistent and timely advice
• Escalating complex issues for resolution as appropriate
• Processing payment options including the receipt of monies, collection of student fees

During the life of the pool, candidates found suitable through this process may be offered appointment to similar & subsequent vacancies within the College, within other TAFE Colleges or across WA Government (subject to candidate permission being granted).

As this is an open recruitment pool, the following should be noted:

• The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applicants and will assess on a regular basis
• Suitable applicants will be placed in the pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur
• Appointments may be made from this pool until 30 March 2025

Eligibility for employment is subject to you obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance and, if this position involves contact with children, a Working with Children (WWC) Card.

To be eligible for appointment you must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
