About the role:
Based in Brisbane's CBD, in new premises convenient to Central Station, this opportunity is particularly suited to someone who is looking to take the next step and build on their administrative experience
Supporting the Executive Search team, your typical duties include;
High-level administration support to the team through the preparation of proposals, candidate summaries and profiles, client information, tenders and formal presentations
Co-ordinate key team activities including recruitment timeframes and schedules, advertising timeframes and general workload schedules and deadlines
Managing candidate communications including scheduling interviews and assessment processes
Regularly liaising with key external stakeholders relevant to this division
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:
Proven experience in administration and service delivery related environment
Intermediate to Advanced skills in the core Microsoft Office programs
Strong keyboarding skills (at least wpm) and a keen eye for detail
Highly organised and able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Highly professional manner and commitment to excellence in service delivery
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Capacity to work effectively within a team environment
A strong work ethic and can do attitude
Work with a sense of urgency and a competitive drive to achieve tasks within very quick turnaround times
Demonstrated ability to pick up new systems and processes readily
Commitment to process improvement and confidence to suggest improvements and efficiencies
