Job Description:
Health Net is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their health insurance plans and benefits.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resilient and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.3. Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
