Our client is a digital healthcare platform dedicated to providing accessible and personalized treatments for men’s health. Based in Surry Hills, they connect users with qualified doctors online, offering customised treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
In this role, you will be the go-to creative for their Performance Marketing team. Produce large volumes and multiple versions of creative ideas that grab attention and drive conversions across the performance marketing mix.
What you will do on a day-to-day basis:
- Support the Creative Director in developing disruptive and innovative ideas to work across all marketing channels and formats
- Collaborate with social and creative teams to turn ideas into high-performing outputs
- Create large volumes of short-form content and quickly respond to new trends with new ad content angles.
- Turn good ideas into high-performing outputs working hand in hand with the Performance Team to generate and implement creative ideas that grab attention and drive conversions across the entire performance marketing mix.
- Find and execute high-impact levers between creative, targeting, post-click experiences, or algorithmic optimisations in collaboration with the performance team.
- Execute a wide range of briefs for creative assets as required by the marketing team, including resizing digital assets, creating basic modules for eDMs, or mocking up outdoor ads etc.
- Conduct monthly industry/competitor analysis of advertising and social media activity, while also highlighting any trends the business should capitalize on.
- Bring a performance marketing focus and skills in A/B testing frameworks and analytics.
Experience you will bring:
- Minimum two years’ experience providing designs for both print, digital, and video
- Experience working alongside performance marketing teams and familiarity with optimizing content for conversions
- Understanding of digital content and social media content production and have a clear understanding of best practice for content on each platform and for different audiences
- Experience working alongside performance marketing teams and familiarity with optimizing content for conversions

As the perfect fit, you will bring at least two years of experience in a Content Producer role and have a Performance marketing focus and skills in A/B testing frameworks and analytics.
