Strong written and verbal communication abilities Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Business / Engineering or related field. Skills and Experience Reporting to the Project Manager you will assist in managing all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project. Client and subcontractor variations, progress claims and invoicing. Prepare, negotiate and let subcontract packages. Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & register. Involvement in final accounts and project closeout.
