Our client Colac Otway Shire Council is looking for a (Part-Time/ 4 Days a Week) Coordinator Customer Experience to join their organisation.

This position holds a critical role in both the organisation and the wider community and provides an excellent opportunity to work with a high performing Executive Leadership Team.
As the Coordinator Customer Experience, you will have the proven ability to successfully map and analyse the current customer experience across all services we deliver, and champion this focus with a strategic approach.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Develop, manage and provide leadership in relation to the implementation of the Customer Experience Program Create and build an achievable customer centric culture Build the capabilities of staff to deliver better customer experiences. Develop and implement complaints handling training Develop and implement an organisation customer experience performance reporting dashboard Develop and implement a Customer Experience Strategy and relevant guidance processes and materials. Experience and skills required include:
Highly developed skills in the provision of customer service and customer experience management. Well developed conceptual and analytical skills Ability to collaborate across the organisation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tertiary qualifications / or a related discipline, or extensive experience in a customer experience setting within a large complex organisation is required.
