What you'll deliver Coordinate and maintain a program for Essential Safety Measures to provide compliance to our organizationWork in liaison with Councils Assets Management and Maintenance Departments with regards to Essential Safety MeasuresPrepare technical specifications and tender schedules, evaluate tenders and implement maintenance contracts delivering an efficient and effective ESM program. Engage, administer and supervise building maintenance contractors.Monitor performance against objectives and manage risks and issues.Provide specialist advise or guidance to internal/external stakeholders. What you'll bring Completion of secondary education plus: a Building Compliance qualification with some relevant work experience; orRelevant technical training or course certification with substantial relevant experience in Essential Safety Measures Compliance and Contract Management; orsubstantial relevant experience commensurate with the requirements of the position.
