The Role : Reporting to the Information Management Manager , the purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and support core IM Process and Systems that provide up-to-date and accurate information for safe operations, including the on-going management of the Engineering Data Warehouse, Document and Records Management Processes, and implementation of the and Corporate Information Management objectives. This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.  In addition, you will: Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment. Promote IM opportunities and projects by proactively sharing knowledge of risks and opportunities and developing, communicating, and executing project plans and opportunities. Support the Asset Information Management SD Coordinator as required as well as continuing to support the wider Information Management initiatives.  Maintain ICT governance and standards by maintain confidentiality around sensitive documents, contributing to development of Procedures on Document Control, participating in assurance activities, identifying and managing risks and troubleshooting issues. About You You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.  To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:  Certificates or Diploma in Information Technology/Information Management. Experience in Information Management and broad technical knowledge of automated document management systems. Ability to work from site where required, the anticipated frequency would be once a month. Demonstrated experience with a Document Management Systems and Engineering Data Warehouse. Desktop software competent - MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat reader/writer, MFD - document scanning.
