Aboutthe role We arecurrently seeking an intermediate to senior legal secretary to joinour Corporate team based in our Sydney office. This rolepresents a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice and beinvolved in interesting work within a vibrant, collaborative andfriendly environment. Reporting toa partner and supporting a team, this role will provide high touchsecretarial support to the practice. Whatdoes the role involve? Administrative support to partners and fee earners in the practice; Managing the client lifecycle from opening new matters to completion; Completing and overseeing the monthly billing process Preparation of client correspondence and reports; and Assisting with general client queries. Aboutyou The idealcandidate will have 3 - 5 years' experience supporting a partner inall facets of their practice area, preferably within a medium tolarge sized firm. To besuccessful in this role you will be a self-starter who worksefficiently, uses your initiative and has exemplary attention todetail. You are highly organised and proactive in yourapproach to tasks and take a genuine interest in the work performedby the practice. StrongMicrosoft Office skills are essential, as are excellentcommunication skills.
