JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
The role is responsible for responding to, and resolving, customer enquiries which could not be resolved upon first contact via the Team Global Express Customer Service team. The Customer Case Investigator role is accountable for the resolution of enquiries, as well keeping the customer informed of progress and outcomes.
The working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm (Full Time).

What you’ll do
Resolution of customer enquiries by carrying out desktop-based research in all relevant internal systems and platforms or by speaking to Operational colleagues
Case manage Road and Priority Investigations end to end in Salesforce with all relevant case commentary for case tracking & performance reporting purposes
Source an outcome as quickly as possible for the customer – make outbound customer contact (as per the customer’s preferred contact method) within 24hrs where possible
Record outcome & close the enquiry in Salesforce OR • If unable to resolve enquiry, create an Activity in Salesforce (following standard expectations), which routes to Freight Solutions or relevant depot resources to manage next steps
Follow up Activity closure to ensure a fast resolution for the customer
Keep the customer informed of progress, updates and outcome
Core KPI: 18 enquiries closed per person per day Aim to resolve at least 80% of enquiries
What you’ll bring
· Experience in a customer-facing role and demonstrated skill in delivering excellent customer experiences
· Proficient in Excel, reading database and computer literate.
· Sound PC skills including programs such as Excel, Salesforce, MyTeamGE, iTrak, iTrace
· Clear understanding of network and logistics management
· Demonstrated experience working in a logistics environment
· Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate solutions to problems quickly
